Package pricing covers only the website design and setup services specifically listed within the selected package. Domain registration, website hosting, business email, premium themes, paid plugins, scheduling platforms, CRM subscriptions, and other third-party products or services are not included unless specifically stated.
Basic CRM integration includes connecting or embedding an existing supported CRM, inquiry form, lead-capture form, booking form, or similar client-provided tool into the website. The client is responsible for maintaining any required CRM or third-party subscription. Custom CRM development, advanced automations, API development, custom workflows, extensive CRM configuration, data migration, or other advanced integrations may require an additional quote.
Included revision rounds apply to reasonable design and content adjustments within the original project scope. New pages, major redesigns, new functionality, or requests outside the originally approved project scope may be subject to additional charges.
Post-launch website updates are normally billed at the standard hourly rate. The Explorer package includes a 25% discount on website updates for three months following the website’s launch. The First-Class Presence package includes a 50% discount on website updates for six months following the website’s launch. After the applicable discount period ends, website updates will be billed at the standard hourly rate.
