The Gifting Gateway Terms of Service
Last Updated: August 29, 2026
Welcome to The Gifting Gateway, a brand and website owned and operated by 216 Ventures LLC, an Ohio limited liability company ("216 Ventures," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using www.thegiftinggateway.com (the "Website") or purchasing our products or services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing a design service.
1. Use of Services
The Gifting Gateway provides branded and travel-themed client gifting products, custom merchandise, website-design services, logo-design services, and related services for travel advisors and other businesses.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business or organization to these Terms.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. Registration, Account Responsibility & Termination
- You must register using accurate, complete, and current business and contact information.
- You represent that you have the legal right to submit and use any logos, trademarks, photographs, branding, written content, or designs provided for customization.
- You confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business associated with your account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.
- You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.
- 216 Ventures LLC may suspend or terminate an account if these Terms are violated or if fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, infringing, or otherwise harmful activity is suspected.
3. Orders, Acceptance, Fulfillment & Product Availability
Order Acceptance
An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. We reserve the right to review, refuse, or cancel an order before production because of product unavailability, suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, prohibited content, incomplete information, or other reasonable business concerns.
If we cancel a paid order before production begins, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled portion of the order to the original payment method.
Pricing & Listing Errors
We attempt to provide accurate pricing, descriptions, photographs, availability, and product information. We reserve the right to correct typographical, pricing, technical, or inventory errors. If an error materially affects a paid order, we will contact you and provide the option to approve the corrected order or cancel the affected portion for a refund.
Customer Information
Orders are processed using the information you provide. We are not responsible for delays, production errors, or delivery problems caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or late information supplied by the customer.
Design Proofs & Production Authorization
When applicable, a digital proof or mockup may be provided before production. Approval of a proof constitutes final authorization to produce the item exactly as approved. Production is considered to have begun once the proof is approved or, when no proof is required, once customization or physical production work begins.
You are responsible for reviewing all names, spelling, dates, addresses, colors, logos, layout, and other design details before approving a proof. The Gifting Gateway is not responsible for an error or omission that appeared in an approved proof.
Product Variations & Mockups
Because of differences in screens, materials, production methods, suppliers, and manufacturing batches, completed products may vary slightly in color, texture, placement, finish, dimensions, or appearance from digital mockups and product images. Minor variations that do not materially affect the product's intended use are not considered defects.
Product Substitutions
Inventory and product availability may change without notice. We may substitute a component or item of comparable or greater quality when the substitution does not materially alter the item's function, overall appearance, size, or approved design. We will request customer approval before making a material substitution. If a material substitution is necessary and is not approved, we may cancel and refund the affected portion of the order.
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, all sales of custom-made, personalized, or branded products are final.
4. Privacy, Recipient Information & Data Protection
Information collected from customers and gift recipients is used to operate the Website, manage customer accounts, process payments, create and fulfill orders, provide services, communicate with customers, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
Recipient Information Authorization
If you provide another person's name, address, contact information, photograph, or other personal information, you represent that you are authorized to provide that information for the purpose of creating, fulfilling, and delivering the order.
Service Providers
We may share information as reasonably necessary with service providers that assist us with website hosting, WooCommerce operations, payment processing, fraud prevention, email delivery, analytics, security, order production, and shipping. These providers may include WordPress, WooCommerce, Stripe, UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other providers used to operate or fulfill the Services.
Payment Information
Our Website is hosted through WordPress, and our online store and checkout are operated through WooCommerce. Payments submitted through WooCommerce are securely processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. The Gifting Gateway does not directly store complete credit card or banking information.
Additional information about how personal information is collected, used, retained, and disclosed is available in our Privacy Policy.
5. Payments, Cancellations, Refunds & Disputes
Payment
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, payment must be made in full when the order or service is purchased. Payments are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, and other government-imposed fees.
Payments submitted through our WooCommerce checkout system are processed by Stripe. Stripe's services are governed by its applicable terms and policies.
Physical Product Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to admin@216venturesllc.com before production begins. If accepted, the cancellation will be subject to a $10 cancellation fee per order, which will be deducted from the approved refund.
Once production has begun, customized, personalized, and branded product orders cannot be canceled or refunded except when required by law or when we approve a claim for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Non-Custom Products
If we offer a return for an eligible non-custom product, the return must be authorized by us in writing. The product must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging. Original shipping charges and customer-paid return shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error or the product was damaged or defective when delivered.
Approved Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Financial institutions and payment providers may require approximately 7–10 business days to post a refund after it is issued.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, you agree to contact The Gifting Gateway and provide a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the concern.
If a chargeback is filed for an order that was properly authorized and has entered production, been completed, or shipped, you remain responsible for amounts lawfully owed and any recoverable dispute or processing expenses.
Fraudulent, abusive, or improper chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination. Nothing in this section limits any billing-dispute, chargeback, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Inspection & Damage Claims
Customers must inspect items promptly after delivery. Claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be submitted in writing within forty-eight (48) hours of confirmed delivery and must include clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and reported damage or error.
We may require additional information or return of the affected product before issuing a replacement, repair, credit, or refund. Claims submitted outside the stated timeframe may be denied to the extent permitted by law.
6. Production, Shipping & Delivery
Production Time
Estimated production times may be displayed on product pages, provided during checkout, or included in an order confirmation. Unless expressly stated otherwise, production time begins only after we have received cleared payment, all required customer information and materials, and approval of any required design proof.
Production estimates do not include weekends, holidays, shipping transit time, customer-response delays, supplier delays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped through UPS, FedEx, USPS, or another reputable carrier selected by The Gifting Gateway. Tracking information will be provided when available.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, service disruptions, emergencies, incorrect routing, and other external conditions may affect delivery.
If an order experiences a material delay before shipment, we will provide an update and any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.
Recipient Information Accuracy
You are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete recipient names, addresses, apartment or suite numbers, postal codes, and other delivery information. The Gifting Gateway is not responsible for a shipment that is delayed, returned, lost, or misdelivered because of inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information supplied by the customer.
No Reship or Credit for Address Errors
If an order is returned, delayed, lost, or misdelivered because of recipient information supplied by the customer, The Gifting Gateway is not required to provide a free replacement, reshipment, credit, or refund. If the item is returned to us, we may offer reshipment at the customer's expense when practical.
Carrier Claims
Customers agree to provide reasonably requested photographs, packaging, documentation, or statements needed to pursue a carrier claim. A carrier's tracking record may be used as evidence of shipment or delivery. Any remedy for a carrier-related loss or damage claim may be subject to the carrier's investigation and decision.
7. Force Majeure
216 Ventures LLC is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, acts of war or terrorism, labor disputes, pandemics, epidemics, utility failures, internet or software outages, supplier shortages, shipping carrier disruptions, governmental actions, or similar events.
When reasonably practical, we will communicate significant delays and attempt to resume performance after the affected circumstances are resolved.
8. No Guarantee of Marketing, Website or Business Results
The Gifting Gateway's products and services are intended to support client appreciation, branding, marketing, and online-presence efforts. We do not guarantee client retention, referrals, repeat business, conversion rates, search-engine rankings, website traffic, leads, sales, revenue, profitability, brand perception, or any other particular result.
Examples, portfolio items, or previous customer outcomes are provided for illustrative purposes and do not guarantee future performance.
9. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel an order or project that contains unlawful, threatening, hateful, deceptive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate material; infringes another party's rights; creates a safety or security concern; or includes incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent information.
10. Intellectual Property, Usage Rights & Promotional Use
Customer-Provided Materials
You retain ownership of logos, trademarks, photographs, written content, branding, and other materials you submit. You grant The Gifting Gateway a limited, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and format those materials as reasonably necessary to provide the Services and fulfill your order.
You represent that you own or have permission to use all submitted materials. You are responsible for claims arising from materials you provide without sufficient authorization.
Commissioned Logo Designs
After full payment, ownership of the final approved custom logo design created specifically for the customer will transfer to the customer, excluding third-party fonts, stock assets, licensed materials, templates, software, production methods, and other elements that cannot legally be transferred.
Unused concepts, rejected drafts, working files, design methods, and preliminary materials remain the property of 216 Ventures LLC. Editable or source files are not included unless they are expressly listed in the purchased package or agreed to in writing.
Website Content & Customer Materials
The customer retains ownership of the business names, logos, photographs, written content, and other materials supplied by the customer. After full payment, the customer may use the final customer-specific visual design and content created for the website, subject to the code and intellectual-property restrictions below.
Ownership of Custom HTML & Code
Unless a separate written agreement expressly transfers ownership, all original HTML, CSS, JavaScript, code snippets, templates, components, layouts, frameworks, technical structures, development methods, reusable elements, and other website code created by The Gifting Gateway or 216 Ventures LLC remain the exclusive intellectual property of 216 Ventures LLC.
Payment for a website-design package does not transfer ownership of the underlying HTML, CSS, JavaScript, source code, templates, development files, or reusable technical elements to the customer.
Limited Website License
After full payment, the customer receives a perpetual, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the delivered website code solely as part of the single customer website or business website identified in the applicable project agreement.
The customer may make backup copies, move the licensed website to a replacement hosting provider, change the website's domain, and modify the code as reasonably necessary to operate or maintain that same website. These permitted actions do not transfer ownership of the code.
The customer may provide a website administrator, hosting provider, employee, or contractor with access to the code solely to maintain or modify the same licensed website. The customer is responsible for ensuring that any person given access complies with these restrictions.
Prohibited HTML & Code Use
Without prior written permission from 216 Ventures LLC, the customer may not:
- Copy or reuse the HTML, CSS, JavaScript, layout, templates, or other website code on another website.
- Provide the code to another business, website owner, designer, developer, agency, or third party for use on a different website.
- Sell, license, sublicense, publish, distribute, share, or commercially exploit the code.
- Turn the code or design into a reusable template, theme, website package, or white-label product.
- Duplicate or adapt the website for another company, customer, brand, domain, or unrelated project.
- Remove or alter ownership notices included within the source code.
Any use outside the limited license granted above requires prior written authorization from 216 Ventures LLC and may require an additional licensing fee. Unauthorized copying, sharing, distribution, or reuse constitutes a material violation of these Terms and may also violate applicable intellectual-property laws.
Third-Party Website Elements
WordPress, WooCommerce, themes, plugins, stock materials, fonts, integrations, and third-party code remain subject to their respective owners' licenses and terms. Nothing in these Terms gives 216 Ventures LLC ownership of third-party materials or permits the customer to use third-party materials beyond the rights granted by their applicable licenses.
Custom Product Designs
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, purchasing a customized physical product does not transfer ownership of the underlying production file, template, mockup, editable artwork, manufacturing process, or design system used to create the product.
No Resale or White-Label Rights
Physical products purchased through The Gifting Gateway are intended for client gifting and promotional use. Resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or white-label use is prohibited without prior written consent from 216 Ventures LLC.
The Gifting Gateway Brand
The Gifting Gateway name, branding, Website content, product descriptions, original graphics, templates, processes, and marketing materials are owned by or licensed to 216 Ventures LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.
Product Gallery, Portfolio & Promotional Use
By placing an order with The Gifting Gateway, the customer grants 216 Ventures LLC and The Gifting Gateway a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free authorization to photograph, reproduce, display, publish, and promote completed products made by The Gifting Gateway. This authorization includes displaying completed products in our online gallery, portfolio, Website, social media accounts, advertisements, product samples, and other marketing materials.
This authorization applies to products featuring a company name, business logo, organization logo, brand identity, or general non-personalized design. It also permits us to identify the featured company or organization when reasonably related to displaying the completed product. The customer acknowledges that submitting a logo or business branding for production constitutes blanket approval for the completed branded product to be displayed for these purposes without additional notice, approval, compensation, or attribution.
We will not intentionally publish customer-provided photographs, photographs of clients or gift recipients, personal images, private recipient information, shipping information, order details, or other sensitive personal information without separate permission. This restriction does not prevent us from displaying a company or organization logo, business name, general design, or other non-personal business branding printed or applied to a completed product.
Any display of a completed product is intended solely to showcase The Gifting Gateway's products, customization capabilities, and workmanship. Promotional use does not transfer ownership of the customer's logo or trademark to 216 Ventures LLC.
11. Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Except for any express commitments stated in these Terms or a written service agreement, products and services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
216 Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, lost data, or reputational harm.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of 216 Ventures LLC arising from a product, project, or service will not exceed the amount paid to 216 Ventures LLC for the specific product, project, or service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 216 Ventures LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, materials you submit, your violation of another party's rights, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Electronic Communications
By using the Services, you consent to receive transactional communications electronically, including order confirmations, proof requests, project updates, invoices, shipping notices, account notices, and changes affecting your purchases or use of the Website.
Consent to transactional communications does not constitute consent to receive promotional text messages or marketing communications where separate consent is required by law. Marketing communications may be unsubscribed from using the method provided in the communication.
14. Independent Relationship
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, franchise, or fiduciary relationship between you and 216 Ventures LLC.
15. Bulk Orders, Promotions & Special Offers
Volume pricing, discounts, rush orders, custom requests, promotional offers, and special accommodations are not guaranteed and must be approved by The Gifting Gateway.
Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to their stated terms, availability, and expiration dates. Unless expressly permitted, promotions cannot be combined, applied retroactively, exchanged for cash, or applied to taxes, shipping, rush fees, or prior purchases.
16. Website & Logo Design Services
Project Scope
The scope of a website or logo-design project is determined by the package purchased, written proposal, invoice, order description, and any written modifications approved by both parties. Work outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee.
Planning & Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to participate in required planning discussions and provide accurate content, branding materials, photographs, login credentials, approvals, and feedback reasonably necessary to complete the project.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy and legality of all supplied content. Project deadlines may be extended if required materials, approvals, or feedback are delayed.
Revision Rounds
A revision round consists of one consolidated set of changes submitted at one time. The number of included revision rounds is determined by the package purchased. Unused revision rounds have no cash value and do not create an entitlement to unrelated future work.
Changes that substantially alter an approved direction, introduce new pages or concepts, restore previously rejected designs, or expand the original scope may be treated as additional work even if revision rounds remain.
Additional revision rounds, pages, integrations, content changes, or design work will be charged at the then-current rate or at a separately agreed price.
Project Delays & Inactivity
If a project is delayed because the customer does not provide requested materials, approvals, access, or feedback, we may pause the project and adjust the completion schedule. Resuming a substantially delayed project may depend on current availability and may require a revised schedule or additional work approved in writing.
Website Launch Authorization
Customer approval to publish, transfer, or launch a website constitutes acceptance of the website's visible content, layout, links, spelling, and functionality as presented at that time, subject to any separately stated post-launch support.
Domains, Hosting & Third-Party Services
Unless expressly included in writing, domain registration, website hosting, premium themes, paid plugins, email services, CRM subscriptions, stock assets, ongoing maintenance, and other third-party fees are the customer's responsibility.
Third-party platforms, plugins, themes, hosting providers, integrations, and software are governed by their own terms and may change, malfunction, discontinue features, increase prices, or become incompatible. We are not responsible for a third party's actions, outages, security incidents, policy changes, or continued availability.
Post-Launch Support
Post-launch updates, maintenance, troubleshooting, content changes, backups, security monitoring, and technical support are not included unless expressly stated in the purchased package or a separate support agreement. After launch or project handoff, the customer is responsible for maintaining account access, renewals, backups, software updates, and website security unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Compatibility, SEO & Accessibility
We aim to create functional and mobile-friendly websites using generally supported technology. We do not guarantee identical appearance or functionality across every browser, device, screen size, plugin, operating system, or future software version.
Unless expressly included in writing, services do not include professional search-engine optimization, legal compliance review, privacy-law compliance, accessibility certification, cybersecurity auditing, or guaranteed compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, or other technical or legal standards.
The customer is responsible for obtaining legal, privacy, accessibility, tax, and regulatory advice applicable to the customer's business and website.
Design Service Cancellations
Website and logo-design payments compensate us for reserved scheduling, consultation, planning, and completed work. If a customer cancels after work begins, amounts attributable to completed work and non-refundable third-party expenses will not be refunded. Any refund for unperformed work will be determined based on the project stage, completed work, and the applicable written package or proposal.
17. General Legal Provisions
Entire Agreement
These Terms, our Privacy Policy, the applicable product or service description, and any written proposal or agreement constitute the entire agreement concerning the applicable purchase or use of the Services. A specific written proposal or agreement will control if it expressly conflicts with these general Terms.
Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
No Waiver
The failure of 216 Ventures LLC to enforce a right or provision does not waive that right or provision or prevent later enforcement.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, reorganization, sale of assets, business transfer, or operation of the Services.
Survival
Provisions concerning payment obligations, intellectual property, confidentiality, warranties, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and provisions that by their nature should survive will remain effective after termination or completion.
18. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The updated version will become effective when posted unless a later effective date is stated. Changes will not retroactively alter the material terms of an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed to by the customer.
Continued use of the Website or Services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
19. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Informal Resolution
Before filing a legal action, each party agrees to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute by providing written notice describing the issue and requested resolution. This requirement does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or pursuing a claim before a filing deadline expires.
Venue
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, legal actions arising from these Terms or the Services must be filed in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
Optional Arbitration or Mediation
The parties may mutually agree in writing to resolve a dispute through mediation or binding arbitration. Neither party is required to arbitrate unless both parties agree in writing after the dispute arises or arbitration is required by another valid written agreement.
20. Gifting Gateway Rewards Program
20.1 Program Overview
The Gifting Gateway Rewards Program ("Rewards Program") allows eligible customers to earn reward points ("Points") on qualifying purchases and redeem Points for eligible discounts or rewards, subject to these Terms.
Participation in the Rewards Program constitutes acceptance of these Rewards Program terms and the remainder of these Terms of Service.
20.2 Eligibility & Enrollment
To participate, customers must maintain a registered Gifting Gateway account through our WooCommerce-powered Website and must be logged into that account at the time of purchase. Purchases completed through guest checkout are not eligible to earn or redeem Points.
Gifting Gateway may limit, refuse, suspend, or revoke participation when permitted by law.
20.3 Earning Points
- Customers earn 100 Points for every $1.00 USD spent on qualifying purchases.
- Points are calculated using the eligible product or service subtotal after discounts.
- Taxes, shipping charges, rush or expedited service fees, gift cards, refunded amounts, and excluded products or services do not earn Points.
- Points are credited after the order is completed and payment has been successfully processed.
- Gifting Gateway may exclude designated products, services, orders, or promotions from earning Points.
- Points may be rounded according to the technical capabilities of the Rewards Program.
20.4 Point Value & Redemption
Points have no cash value and may only be used through the Rewards Program.
10,000 Points = $10.00 USD in reward value.
Points may be redeemed for:
- Eligible dollar-off discounts on future purchases.
- Select promotional or custom product rewards when offered.
Rewards apply only to eligible future purchases and cannot be applied retroactively.
20.5 Reward Restrictions
- Points and rewards are non-transferable.
- Points may not be sold, assigned, shared, or gifted to another account.
- Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or cash equivalents.
- Rewards cannot be applied to shipping, taxes, rush fees, or excluded items.
- Rewards may not be combined with other discounts, promotions, or offers unless expressly permitted.
- Rewards may be subject to minimum-purchase, production, customization, quantity, or availability restrictions.
- Points cannot reduce an order total below any minimum amount required by the Website.
20.6 Point Expiration
Points expire after twelve (12) consecutive months without qualifying account activity. Qualifying activity consists of earning or redeeming Points through the registered account.
Qualifying activity resets the twelve-month inactivity period for all unexpired Points in the account. Once Points expire, they are forfeited and will not be reinstated except when required by law or approved by Gifting Gateway.
20.7 Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
If a purchase is returned, refunded, canceled, charged back, or otherwise reversed, Points earned from that transaction may be deducted from the customer's account.
If a deduction creates a negative Points balance, future Points may be applied to that balance before becoming available for redemption.
If Points were redeemed toward a purchase that is later refunded, the redeemed Points will not automatically be reissued unless required by law or approved by Gifting Gateway.
20.8 Program Changes & Termination
To the extent permitted by law, Gifting Gateway may:
- Modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program.
- Change earning rates, redemption values, eligible products, or expiration policies.
- Add, change, or remove rewards and benefits.
- Correct Point balances resulting from technical, administrative, or calculation errors.
Changes will become effective when posted on the Website or communicated through the customer account unless a later effective date is stated.
20.9 Account Misuse & Fraud
Gifting Gateway may suspend or terminate Rewards Program participation if it reasonably determines that a customer engaged in fraud, abuse, manipulation, unauthorized account access, or violation of these Terms.
Points and rewards associated with fraudulent, abusive, canceled, or unauthorized transactions may be forfeited.
20.10 Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Gifting Gateway is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, incorrectly displayed, or misapplied Points resulting from unauthorized account access, customer error, system limitations, synchronization delays, or technical failures outside our reasonable control.
Gifting Gateway does not guarantee the continued availability of a particular reward.
20.11 No Property Rights
Points do not constitute money or property, are not redeemable for cash, and do not create vested rights. Points exist solely as part of the Rewards Program and remain subject to these Terms.
20.12 WooCommerce, WordPress & Stripe
The Rewards Program operates through our WooCommerce-powered Website hosted through WordPress. Qualifying purchases and Points are tracked using information associated with the customer's WooCommerce account and order activity.
Stripe processes payments but does not sponsor, administer, endorse, track, or assume liability for the Rewards Program.
Gifting Gateway is not responsible for Points that are not earned, displayed, or redeemed because of platform outages, synchronization delays, account-login problems, software conflicts, customer error, or technical limitations beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for logging into the correct registered Gifting Gateway account before completing a purchase. Questions or claims regarding the Rewards Program must be directed to Gifting Gateway rather than WordPress, WooCommerce, or Stripe.
